Vaginoplasty is the aesthetic surgical enhancement of vulvar structures, including the labia minora, labia majora and mons pubis.

Women with large labia majora, and minora, often wish to obtain a more youthful appearance of the vagina, to a prechildbirth state of their youth. Oftentimes they may also complain of the labia being being drawn into the vagina during intercourse causing pain. Cosmetic vaginoplasty can put an end to these problems. The labia can be surgically contoured to remove the excess tissue, and with a combination of fat transfer, one can significantly improve the appearance of the vagina to a more youthful and natural state.
